Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Delivery Times
Approximate delivery times:

- NSW Metro: 1-3 business days

- QLD / VIC Metro: 3-5 business days

- Regional Areas: 3-5 business days

- WA / NT / TAS: 5-10 business days

These timelines are estimates only. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Costs

- MENACE e-bikes include free shipping Australia-wide.

- Accessories and parts may incur a flat-rate shipping fee.

Freight Damage
If your order arrives with damage:

1. Photograph the outer packaging and the product.

2. Contact us within 48 hours at enquiries@mob-menace.com
We will assess the issue and arrange a repair, parts replacement, or bike replacement where applicable.

Missed Deliveries
If the courier cannot deliver your order, they may leave a collection card or attempt redelivery. Any redelivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Return Policy

MENACE complies with the Australian Consumer Law. The following conditions apply to returns, refunds, and exchanges.

14 Day Return

- We offer 14-day returns for online purchases only.

Because e-bikes and lithium batteries are regulated high-risk items:

    • Products must be unused, unridden, uncharged, and in original packaging if received unassembled.
    • Batteries/chargers that have been opened, connected, or activated cannot be returned
    • Return shipping is at the customer’s cost
    • All returns must receive written approval before sending

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Products that show signs of use or wear

- Modified or damaged bikes

- Batteries or electrical components that have been installed or charged

- Clearance, ex-demo, or special-order items

Faulty or Defective Products

If your bike or component arrives faulty or develops an issue during the warranty period, MENACE will repair, replace, or provide parts as required.

To lodge a warranty or fault claim:
Email enquiries@mob-menace.com with:

- Order number

- Description of the issue

- Photos or videos of the fault


Order Cancellations

- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

- Once shipped, cancellations fall under our standard Return Policy.


Australian Consumer Law

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply in addition to our policy. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product has a major failure or does not meet acceptable quality standards.
