MENACE e-bikes are oversized freight (50kg+).

Most metro and suburban areas remain free, but:

  • Remote, rural, island or limited-service areas may incur surcharges
  • If delivery is not possible, we’ll contact you before dispatch to arrange alternatives

Typical delivery timeframes:

  • NSW: 2–5 business days
  • Interstate: 5–12 business days

  • Someone must be available to receive the shipment—re-delivery fees may apply.

  • Bikes arrive 95% assembled and may require minor setup (professional assembly recommended).

Returns (14 Days)

We offer 14-day returns for online purchases only.

Because e-bikes and lithium batteries are regulated high-risk items:

  • Products must be unused, unridden, uncharged, and in original packaging if received unassembled.
  • Batteries/chargers that have been opened, connected, or activated cannot be returned
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s cost
  • All returns must receive written approval before sending
